I'm a requirements management nut - I'm surprised I don't work in the industry by now - these days I feel like I'm reinventing the wheel :)

but perhaps what holds me back the most is I'm looking for a free, collaborative-based requirements manager to manage the basic user interactions we request on the Internet. They are requirements that span across applications, devices, companies, communities - there really is no end to how you can implement a particular requirement with the Internet at your disposal!
