The "physical" world allows for more "concrete" organization - there is something to be said for making actual choices in regards to where a card belongs (contrast this to tagging and the ability to tag a contact with multiple meanings/contexts)

this is ultimately related to CRM in one form or another!

  2. Restaurants
  3. Bars

  2. primary - people I am present with, sorted A-Z
  3. Dance Labs - contacts who have create space to play with Dance Labs
  4. fuzzy - just not sure whether I've made an effort to contact them or not (aka. not sure if there are in any of the categories below)
  5. reconnect - can think of conversations/topics to chat about
  6. initial contact - haven't contacted yet. it is possible I not given a business card to some of these folks and they have no way of contacting me.
  7. LF - Landmark Education
  8. touchbase - curious what they are up to.
  9. not now - no intention to contact at this point in time
  10. waiting - contacted (most likely by email or facebook invite) and waiting for a response. it is possible some of these contacts have responded
