replace moldy shower curtain
during heavy rain, water dropping from above levels hits balcony and splashes onto wood floor in 2nd bedroom this is particularly an issue when we're not home and leave the window open

if master bedroom curtain is open, flourescent street lamp shines directly into bed [L]
- IDEA: there was a tree blocking this until it was cut down
speaker intercom doesn't work - can't hear guests speak downstairs
