guidelines
- 2 meals
- focus: alkaline diet
- fruits & vegetables
- nuts & seeds
- reduce intake of packed, processed, bottled foods
- fruit in morning & 4pm
- dont mix grains (takes longer to digest)
- eat foods that are simpler to digest
- dont mix fruits & veggies (fruits dont get the opportunity to digest, sugar in fruit will just ferment)
- avoid milk (takes 10-12 hrs to digest!)
- mix pulpy (bananas) and watery (watermelon) fruits
- clear once/day (breathing, meditation)
- avoid shellfish (high cholesterol)
- exercise regularly (30 min/day ideal)
