This is the beginnings of our change request system. This page is designed to:

  1. Collect change requests in the form of features and bugs
  2. Prioritize change requests
  3. Avoid heavy-duty ceremony of traditional change request management systems
  4. Let people and organizations just be with the way they track changes ;-)

Items require review. The change manager is responsible for moving new change requests to the appropriate section based on:
  1. whether new change request is a defect or enhancement
  2. prioritization of change request with respect to current set of change requests

Defects

These are issues with the system (ie. something is broken, doesn't behave properly). Ideally, the team keeps this section empty on a weekly basis

Features

These are change requests for additional functionality. Think of these changes as "evolving" the web site. It is a state of "The web site really works great today and it would be great if we could..."
